ClearerBot Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ClearerBot (“the Bot”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ClearerBot is a Discord bot provided by wosherco (“we”, “us”, “our”) that offers various functionalities within Discord servers (“guilds”).
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Bot or Discord.
4. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service and banning of your guild:
- Abuse of the Bot’s functionalities
- Inadequate usage of the Bot, including but not limited to:
- Deleting reported messages without proper review
- Using the Bot to harass, bully, or intimidate others
- Attempting to exploit or manipulate the Bot’s systems
5. Payment and Refunds
Some features of ClearerBot may require payment. By using these features, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on the terms available with each payment. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. Advertisements
ClearerBot may display advertisements within its services. By using the Bot, you agree to the display of such advertisements. We strive to ensure that these advertisements are appropriate and not disruptive to the user experience. However, we are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Bot without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall wosherco, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms.
